We’ve Been Hard at Work Bringing ATMs Up to Compliance so Your Transactions Are Safer

Large-scale change is never easy, and between the transition to Europay, MasterCard and Visa (EMV) card compliance and our recent acquisition of thousands of Cashcard ATMs, we at DC Payments have certainly faced some challenges. That’s why we want to thank you for riding out this transition with us! And, while it may not have been easy, you can rest assured that your ATMs are more secure, you’re gaining more insights into and control of your business — and your customers are enjoying enhanced experiences.

We’ve been hard at work!

With around 11,000 ATMs, DC Payments experts operate the largest EMV program in Australia. Our team has been hard at work upgrading ATMs all across the country to bring our fleet into compliance with the new, more secure EMV chip cards.

The 3,500 ATMs we acquired from Cashcard last October presented their own challenges: None were EMV compliant and we’ve been working hard to upgrade these ATMs as we integrate them into our fleet.

Our Cashcard customers also now have access to our ATM Web Portal to make ATM management easy! You can use the portal to view live transactions and historical transaction data, customisable reports and more. We’re confident that this easy-to-use portal will make ATM management easier and more efficient as well as afford you even more control over your ATMs.

Where are we now?

By now, you should’ve received your upgraded terminals or software. Your customers are receiving the highest level of security in the industry and now benefit from greater fraud protection so they can feel even safer and more comfortable using your ATMs.
