In our March edition of DC News, we announced Cardtronics had acquired DC Payments. With this exciting news come a few small updates — and many things that will stay the same. We’ll no longer be known as DC Payments, so be on the lookout for our new Cardtronics name and logo!

Great changes

With our rebranding, the mail you’ll receive from us will have the Cardtronics name. As you might have noticed, your DC News newsletter also changed its name to Cardtronics. In fact, our official name is now “Cardtronics Australasia Pty Ltd”. Our technicians out in the field will be carrying new Cardtronics ID badges too.

Some things are sticking around

Even though we’re going by a different name, we’ll still be offering the same great services! Your customers will recognise the name on your ATMs as they will still be branded DC ATM. You’ll have the same trusted contacts to call at the same phone numbers when you need us, and our technicians and vans will still be branded DC Payments.

We’re happy to now be part of the world’s largest ATM provider, offering the best technology in the business to you, our clients. We feel your customers will be confident in the trusted Cardtronics name and brand, too. When we joined the Cardtronics team, we did it to grow and become even better at serving you so you can maintain the ATM dependability your customers expect from you.

As we mentioned in the previous issue, it’s still “business as usual”. As we add new resources and technologies, you can continue to expect exactly that.

You may notice additional small changes in the months ahead, but we’ll do our best to make them smooth and easy to adapt to. That means no disruptions for you. As the acquisition process continues, be on the lookout for more information via this new Cardtronics newsletter.
